At the age of 23 I was so debilatated with back pain and muscle spasms that I spent weeks laying on the ground fearful of moving. I went through periods where I couldn't even drive because muscle spasms would hit me unexpectedly causing near crashes. I went to doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, took pain pills, anti inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxors, etc. Nothing helped. I started practicing yoga and my pain literally disappeared. Gone. It's why I became a teacher. I had to share this practice that not only got me out of pain, but changed my life for the better in so many ways. The most common question I get is, "how do I start a yoga practice?" You can find countless beginner yoga classes on youtube, go to a local studio, take online classes. Just start. Have a question? Ask down below👍 There's a reason this practice has been around for thousands of years. It's a system that works. It's a tool that just helps you live better.
